Automatic Transfer
Automatic transfer allows a credit union member to transfer credit union funds, automatically, on a regularly scheduled basis. For example, a member may instruct the credit union to deduct credit union loan payments directly out of a selected credit union account. The loan payment will be made according to the transfer schedule, provided funds are available in the selected account. Automatic transfer also enables money to be moved electronically among member accounts held at the credit union. Automatic transfer also may provide a convenient way to fund a CD or Holiday Club account. Note: Individual Retirement Accounts and some other credit union accounts have transfer limitations or restrictions. Contact a credit union representative for more information on how to set up this service.
Bill Pay
This free and easy-to-use service will allow you to pay your bills (including household and credit union loan payments), set up a convenient list of your frequent payees, transfer funds to another party, view 18 months of bill payment history, receive important email or text notifications regarding your payment activity, and so much more. You retain complete control and maximum payment flexibility over which bills to pay and when they’ll be paid. You can even request a 1 or 2 day rush delivery of a payment. Use our online banking service, known as CU… At Your Service! to access our Bill Pay service. Payments are made through automatic withdrawal from your designated credit union account(s).

Credit Card Payment Information
-
Payment By Mail. The typical monthly billing statement will include a tear-away payment stub containing your account and balance information, and all the information you need to properly submit your payment by mail. Use the envelope that comes with your billing statement to simply return the stub, along with a check in the amount of your payment, to the address listed on the payment stub.
- eZ Card Online. This convenient online service is available using your computer and a specially designed secure website. With the eZ Card website, you can make credit card payments and get up-to-date information on your VISA account activity 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. You may access the eZ Card website directly at https://www.ezcardinfo.com. Access to your account is password protected for your security. The eZ Card website is a separate site governed by another firm's privacy policy.
- Pay-By-Phone. The pay-by-phone method allows VISA credit cardholders to make a payment to their credit card balance over the telephone. When calling this service, you will be greeted by a live operator who will assist you with your payment. Cardholders attempting to avoid late charges find this to be a convenient alternative payment option. The cost for this service is $5 for each pay-by-phone payment posting to a cardholder’s account. This service will only allow funds to be drawn from a personal or company checking account, and there is a limit of one payment per processing day.
Of course, members requiring help with any of the above methods are welcome to call or visit our branch office.
Credit Reports
It is a good idea to check your credit report to be certain about the status of your credit record. Some creditors may report to only one of the major credit reporting bureaus, while other creditors may report to all three bureaus. In order to get an accurate picture of your credit, you may consider order your credit report from all three bureaus—Equifax, Experian, and TransUnion.
Equifax 1-800-685-1111
Experian 1-888-397-3742
TransUnion 1-800-888-4213
A federal law known as the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) allows you to obtain a free credit report every year. The U.S. Federal Trade Commission (FTC) has information on the law, and how to obtain a free credit report. Additionally, if you have been denied credit, you have the right to receive a free copy of your credit report, and each of the three credit reporting agencies will provide you with a free copy if you have been declined within 60 days. Use the contact information below to get more information and order your free credit report. The U.S. Federal Trade Commission functions as the nation's consumer protection agency.

Overdraft Transfer and Line of Credit
With overdraft transfer or an overdraft line of credit, the credit union will access supplemental funds on behalf of the member to make up for the unavailability of primary funds in the member’s checking account. Overdraft coverage only applies to checks and pre-approved recurring transactions that a member establishes with a third-party vendor. Overdraft coverage is only available with a basic, premium, or business checking account. Overdraft coverage will not be applied to debit card transactions at the point of sale.
Overdraft transfer will link a member’s checking account to the member’s credit union savings account. Funds from the savings account are paid out when there are non-sufficient funds in the member's primary checking account. The entire balance of the savings account is accessible for overdraft transfer payments, if needed. The credit union will charge a small fee for each overdraft transfer.
An overdraft line of credit is a short-term interest-bearing loan from the credit union designed to cover insufficient funds in your checking account. The overdraft line of credit will cover the unpaid balance of approved transaction charges, up to the approved amount of your line of credit. The maximum line of credit for any qualified member is $500. To be approved for an overdraft line of credit you must qualify under the credit union's loan qualification guidelines. Overdraft coverage is only available with a basic, premium, or business checking account.
Overdraft coverage (overdraft transfer and overdraft line of credit) will only apply to the payment of approved transactions made at retail locations and through similar third party merchants. Members do not have access to overdraft coverage as a direct source of cash. All overdraft lines of credit are subject to the loan approval guidelines of the credit union.
See separate fee card for details on transaction and maintenance fees.
Payroll Deduction
Arrange with your employer to have certain payments withdrawn directly from your credit union savings or checking account at the time that your payroll earnings are deposited into the credit union account. With payroll deduction, a member can make loan payments on time without having to transfer funds, write a check, or visit the branch. Talk with the human resources department at your place of employment to arrange for payroll deduction.
Telephone Account Access - CU On Call
Using a touch-tone telephone, members can access recent account information, perform transfers and withdrawals, and get up-to-date rate information by calling 1-866-708-0694. All that is needed is a member account number and a four-digit password. CU On Call is available 24-hours a day, 7 days a week. Access to account information is password protected for member security. Members must register with the credit union for initial access to CU On Call. Access to your account is password protected for your security.
